Gyagu Manga Biyori - The Crazy Short Anime Series Based on Short Manga
Gyagu Manga Biyori, which translates directly as Good Day for Gag Manga is a fascinating look into quickie manga culture.
Imagine it as a kind of Liquid Television for Manga/Anime with each short episode diving into an entirely different style and type of anime.
For example, here’s a short “drama” all about the sticker industry:
And then there’s Usami-Chan, the grade-school rabbit female detective:
Or how about just a fun trip with the Grim Reaper:

Well…that was sufficiently disturbing! :D

Hi
I am a publisher of THE EAST; the only English newspaper, which is mainly focused on the East Asian information (at the beginning of every month, more than 12,000 free copies are distributed throughout the London area, particularly, where East Asian Networks are established).
I looked at your blog the other day and have been wondering if there would be any chance that we could publish some of your interesting articles on the paper.
We think some of your blog articles should be very helpful to the Westners who are interested in Asian Culture.
The East cannot afford to pay for your articles right now (as we are non-profitable organisation). However, if you wish, we can still offer you:
1. Advertising space
2. Link to THE EAST web site blog section
We look forward to hearing from you shortly.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Hyung Wook Lee

ahahahaha…. i love how all of these start out with, what appeart to be, the closing credits, and then… moves into the actual short…
…and btw, what the shizle is up with #3!!! “I am dead, and I scream at the sun”
A young lady chatting with the grim reaper about the need for 5 more seconds of life, because of course, with a frickin blue marklin jabbing her in the stomach till she dies, she need to return, for that 5 seconds and say:
“What the hell is this?” - can you blame here? I would want that 5 seconds too…
Where the heck do you find this stuff!?
