Foreign TV that has that "Japanese" feel is usually trying very hard to imitate stuff that just happens here... naturally. The current formula works great, but I'd also be interested in seeing any crazy Japan-related entertainment (not necessarily just TV) on here. Please don't put European TV on here though!! One tiny request is that you always use YouTube videos if possible, since some of the other video sites don't show up in RSS readers like Google Reader. TV in Japan is one of my favorite blogs.
