TV in Japan Readers - Give Me Your Feedback
Hey Everyone,
It’s been a while since I’ve taken the pulse of the TViJ readership and I wanted to reach out to you to get some feedback as to what you like and/or don’t like about TV in Japan. If you’ve got something to say, feel free to either leave a comment in this post of to email me at gavin.purcellATtvinjapan.com. I’m VERY interested in hearing what you’ve got to say.
I’m also interested in maybe expanding TV in Japan into one of two areas and I’m curious to hear what you think. So here’s the question: Would you rather see additional Japanese stuff or more TV clips from other countries? In either case, I’d be leaving TV in Japan as solely Japanese TV but I’m looking to expand what I do for the site and wonder what you (the core TV in Japan readership) would be most interested in.

Apart from that, i wouldnt mind the first option, but i think you should just keep posting more japanese tv stuff.

Not so high on the J-Pop stuff, but I love the game shows, pankun and anything from the Downtown guys

TV in Japan is one of my favorite blogs. The current formula works great, but I’d also be interested in seeing any crazy Japan-related entertainment (not necessarily just TV) on here. Please don’t put European TV on here though!!
One tiny request is that you always use YouTube videos if possible, since some of the other video sites don’t show up in RSS readers like Google Reader.

Although clips from other countries can be pretty damn hilarious, I’ve never seen anything that is on the same wavelength as Japan. Foreign TV that has that “Japanese” feel is usually trying very hard to imitate stuff that just happens here… naturally.

Great blog, but I’d like to see the movies rehosted somewhere other than Youtube. They seem to be far too stingy with the Japanese videos. Perhaps MetaCafe? I don’t work for either Youtube or MetaCafe.

Please, don’t put anything not japanese related, i see enough of that simply turning on my tv :P
