This is from Dairanger, Chinese martial art themed rangers. This White is actually a 9-years-old perverted kid. Luckily I stopped watching rangers show just before this(Zyuranger aka original US Power Rangers, pretty good show with Sonny Chiba’s daughter as Pink).
