Pankun + Remote Control Car = Serious Monkey-Based Entertainment
This is how you reignite my love for monkeys. By hooking that monkey up with remote controlled vehicles. On TV. In Japan.

That’s a great show.
Since this show is about the love and care of various animals, one thing I found weird was how they would have quizzes where the winners were able to eat delicious pieces of cooked meat in front of the studio audience.
I’m not a vegetarian but it just feels strange.

I like pankun and the site you got this from Japan probe. I notice they add their URL on the video and had some questions 1) why doesn’t TV in Japan do the same to get more traffic? 2) Is what they do legal? I mean they are obviously recording the video and posting it on youtube but also adding their URL, I thought Japan was going after all these guys uploading copyright Japanese tv programs?

Hey Randy,
What Japan Probe does is technically ‘illegal’ as is anyone who uploads copyrighted content to YouTube.
However, I believe fully that if you as a media company aren’t going to make your content available to a wide audience that wants it, then you have to assume stuff like this is going to happen.
As to why I don’t do what Japan Probe does by embedding my name, the answer to that is simple: I don’t upload any of the original content here on the blog. I really hate it when people take other people’s uploads and drop their own URL on it as well.
I truly WISH that I could upload as much content as James and the JP guys do but I don’t have access to Japanese media as it happens as I don’t live full time in Japan. Thankfully, they’re on it as well as hundreds of thousands of people more, giving me ample material to sift through for you guys.
