Tokyo Brass Style - All Girl Brass Band Covers Dragonball-Z Theme

This is flat-out awesome. All female brass band (for reals) Tokyo Brass Style.

Nearly jumps out of your speakers in awesomeness.

Thanks so much to Clarissa for the amazing video!

UPDATE: I’ve been informed by readers that this is not the Dragonball-Z theme but the Dragonball theme. I humbly apologize.

Amazing! I think the theme is from Dragonball, not Dragonball Z. Thank you for posting this!

Is anyone else the least bit suspicious that these are the girls playing the instruments? It’s not that I doubt that girls can play, but what are the odds of gathering that many cute ones who can play? Then again, it is Japan, where cute girls sure seem to outnumber the not-so-cute ones.

And yes, that is definitely the Dragon Ball theme, not DBZ.

@ feitclub hop on youtube and check out the band Pistol Valve. it’s another all girl brass band (save for the violin and DJ). But they are all cute and can seriously play. I thought this might actually be them for a second…

Ha, glad you thought it was fun enough to post. :)

@feitclub, if you look at their website, they run the gamut from cute to ordinary (though all are carefully made-up and styled):

bibbapu September 17th, 2007 at 7:40 pm

since they’re a brass band and doing that single colour, silohuette thing, they should have played the kick-ass
