Holy Crap! J-List Has Pythagoras Switch For Sale!

I don’t mean to do two J-List posts in a row but I just discovered the most awesome thing up there and I thought I’d share it with you as MANY of you have asked me for this specific thing.

Yes, you can now purchase Pythagoras Switch on DVD and watch the Algorithm March to your hearts content.

New to Pythagoras Switch? Check out my category of posts on it here.

Or better yet, just settle back and watch the following clip to get you in the mood.

Seriously, if you’ve got kids (or you’re just a kid at heart) go buy this now!

FYI: This is a region 2 DVD. This means that you probably can’t watch it on your DVD player at home, however, you can watch it on you computer. And then do certain things to it.

Why yes! Totally shameless! I thought that much was obvious!

By the way, the DVDs only contain all the different Goldberg machines, that are shown in the in/outro and interludes. So sadly not much of any Algorithm March or stuff like that…

We just got back from a 3 week family trip to Japan (& saw some serious TV in Japan weirdness for ourselves, along with Pitagora Suitchee :). We purchased the volume 2 PS dvd (I thought we’d probably have seen the vol. 1 stuff already on YouTube) &, although it is entirely Rube Goldbergs, it is also worth every cent! It comes with a book diagramming the contraptions, with the particularly intricate bits highlighted. It’s awesome. My kid is hard at work making his own, now…
