Dude, that’s Kikaida (sometimes spelled “Kikaider”), not Ultraman. The brain guy is Hakaida (”Hakaider”).

Hey, anyone born between 1965 and 1979 who grew up in Hawaii knows who Kikaida is. You need to change your title to correct the error.
