Girl On Ladder + Short Skirt = Hidden Camera Masterpiece

Obviously a clip from some other show (it reminds me of the Just for Laughs Stuff from Montreal) the Japanese give it the old picture-in-picture treatment just for added gawkerisms.

Would you look? It’d be hard not to. Not just because it’s underwear. It’s that whole out-of-the-ordinary thing. At least that’s what I’m going to tell myself. On TV. In Japan.
