Scatman + Ultraman = Scatulraman

I’ve mentioned before here that the whole Scatman thing kind of flew right by me at some point.

Fortunately, due to TV in Japan, I’ve had a chance to see and understand it since. And thank God for that opportunity. Because I can now properly put the clip below into the bucket of absurdity it deserves.

    Something I’ve been noticing a lot in these clips. That drawn out ‘Eeeehhh!?’, like the one at 2:48 in this one. Is that mostly restricted to Japan, or is it generally Asian? I can’t recall ever hearing that kind of exclamation before.

    Evan: Yes, the “Eeeeeh” is a japanese only thing. Chinese or Korean people doesn’t do it.
    It’s used to show surprise for something.
