Nice.
I don’t think we need to worry about losing our Japanese fix from Youtube until they finish talks with JASRAC-and fortunately for us, that could take a long time.

I think the heavy reliance on talent cameos and running jokes from past batsu games was a little bit tired.
I also wonder if it was Tanaka who thought up the horrible car thing as revenge for it happening to him before. That part was by far the most fabulous.

Wonderful so far! I’ve only watched up to part 4, but I’ve downloaded and saved them all, so they’ll never be lost. I’ve also decided to make a little notes page, just for fun. Here’s what I have to far:
PARTICIPANTS:
Endou
Yamazaki
Hamada
TASK:
Spend twenty-four hours in a police station–without laughing. Much harder than it sounds. Failure means being beaten with a baton by a big black officer.
OBSERVATIONS:
The end of part two sees 8 beatings in less than a minute and a half.
That normal-looking woman at the end of part two is an actress who was maybe bitten by a lion at one point? The poster said: “She is Actress, and bitten by lion”
Hamada gets it really bad in part three.
Endou seems to have trouble reading kanji. (Part 3, about 8 min mark)
The above-mentioned problem is the cause of numerous beatings.

That actress is Tomoko Matsushima who according to her Wikipedia entry was in a Downtown series last year
And some new trivia - the Shakure Keisatsu Police Station is a five minute drive from my parents-in-law’s house. It used to be a university.
