Japanese Paranormal Investigation - Skyfish: Invisible Scourge of the Skies! (w/ subs)

I was going to write a very detailed and creative description of Skyfish for you but About.com has allowed me to be lazy. Here’s what they say:

They may be all around us… in the sky, in the water, even in our homes. They have been captured only on film and videotape. No one knows what they are, where they come from, whether or not they are alive, and they have never been touched or seen at rest.

They are called “rods,” “skyfish” and sometimes “solar entities.” Although the video evidence is compelling that they are quite real and probably living creatures, they are completely unknown to science - a fascinating and baffling mystery.

I actually have had some history with these things as I worked on a series for Sci-Fi a while ago. Mostly, I think it’s ridiculous and that the actual proof of their exsistance is pretty shoddy. However, people love to believe in exciting things and why not let those people believe?

Below are parts one and two of what I assume to be a three part video on Skyfish from Japanese TV. Mysteriously, the third part seems to be missing. Oooooh, scary. On TV. In Japan.

Part Two:

I’ve totally seen a segment on a show about this before, i think it was one of those lame Real TV type shows or maybe the NEW In Search Of that’s hosted by the guy who played Skinner on the X-Files. Damnit I miss the reruns of the Leonard Nimoy In Search Ofs

Who knows, this could be real! (or not) I’m leaning to the latter lol
