Oh My God: Down Town’s Bare Crotch to Face Punishment

Talk about dedication to your craft.

First, the members of Down Town allow themselves to get whacked in the crotch. Tough but the pain goes away after a while.

Then, they agree to potentially have to get one of their brethern’s bare butts in their faces. Frightening. But in the name of comedy, I guess I can understand that.

But this? I can’t even begin to understand how I feel about this.

That, I think, is exactly the music (used in the intro) that was played during a Saturday Night Live sketch from many years ago (with Bill Farley) that had an American tourist couple playing in a Japanese gameshow by mistake. Bill emplores his wife, “CALL THE AMERICAN EMBASY!!!”4

Chris Farley, but I think you’re right about the music. That was a great SNL sketch. I always wondered if Mike Myers was doing a faithful impression of a particular Japanese game show host or just a generalized one.

Why does YouTube have to remove 50% of the gold on this website!? I hate it when they do that! These shows won’t sue them for that… they get more money from it from people going to buy their DVD’s!
