Is this w/ celebrities? Cuz I could swear that woman in the first clip is the best friend from Kimi wa Petto. She looks a lil diff w/out the classes, but it’s def her.

There is actually a real Japanese version of Millionaire, and this is a parody of that version. The host of the real version is Mino Monta, and he’s infamous on the show for his unnecessarily long, drawn-out, dramatic pauses before he tells the contestant if they are correct or not. Often times this also includes a commerical break, and his stare is so intense that some contestants have broken into tears from the stress. He’s also incredibly tan, which explains the brown make-up on the guy in this clip.
