The guy doing the imitations is Egashira 2:50 (niji gojyuppun).
He’s known as the most annoying comedian in Japan.

Not just KNOWN. Oricon (Japan’s answer to Billboard magazine) actually held an owarai-talent poll and it was statistically confirmed that he annoys more people than any other comedian.
